High quality first cut hay, fed free choice in a net or loose

Hay stored clean, open loft to prevent dust
Grain twice daily

Grain stored in sealed containers to prevent mold
Large stall

Matted stall with access to paddock
Dirt paddocks picked daily

Small paddock off of stall picked daily, raked frequently to remove uneaten hay.
Fresh water in run outs/ stalls and outside.

Each stall has its own water hose. Water is changed daily and filled twice daily.
90x100 Outdoor ring, miles of trails

Good sized outdoor sand ring, many wide, flat trails with good footing
Tack rooms with space for saddle, trunk, grooming equipment and any other tack.
Small number of horses with individualized turn out if required
